I'm ready to find out if my body and mind can sustain me through 40 consecutive days of yoga. Ideally, it will add up to 4,200 minutes of sweating, breathing, opening, and nonthinking—all before Labor Day. As much as possible, I will chronicle the experience—even on my pissiest days. And, I will be pissy! I’m planning this adventure to coincide with my first month back to school (I teach high school English) and during the hottest months of the year in Escondido! Day 16: Too Much to Write About
When logic does not prevail, may there be something higher that knows what the hell is going on.
