I'm ready to find out if my body and mind can sustain me through 40 consecutive days of yoga. Ideally, it will add up to 4,200 minutes of sweating, breathing, opening, and nonthinking—all before Labor Day. As much as possible, I will chronicle the experience—even on my pissiest days. And, I will be pissy! I’m planning this adventure to coincide with my first month back to school (I teach high school English) and during the hottest months of the year in Escondido! Vacation First...
Before heating up my life for 40 days, I'm going to head north for awhile in search of chilled Alaskan air and bald eagles. I love bald eagles. I hope to start the challenge the last week of July. Namaste!
